HAL BRUNO FORMER CHAIR OF THE NFFF

Hal Bruno a lifelong firefighter and well respect journalist passed at the age of 83. For those that knew Hal he was a driving force in many fire service issues and his passion for the NFFF was second to none.  Here are some web sites you can check out.

Railyn Morris Received a Kent County Fire Chief's Association Good Citizen Awared

During the October meeting of the Kent County Fire Chief's Association Railyn Morris the daughter of Fice Chief Ray Morris of Hartly received an award for using what she was taught. On October 16, 2010 the smoke alarm in her home went of in the wee hours of the morning. Railyn got up made sure her parents were up and they all exited the home. A heater in there home over heated and cought fire doing very minor damage to the home. Her quick actions avoided a larger problem.
